It is not a set of 5 !!!!

I ordered a Mino Ware Sendan Tokugawa Plate Set of 5 and received just one Plate!!
The Plate came with not certification or any description. I feel sad. Very disappointing. The website may be purposely deceiving . The communication with the manager did not help.
