We offer free shipping in the U.S. on orders over$99. If your order is under$99, we simply charge the flat shipping rate$10
All orders will be shipped from New York, Shipping is offered through USPS or UPS.
If your order includes pre-ordered items, we will ship them as soon as they are restocked, typically within 1 to 2 months.
Artisans create each piece is handcrafted by artisans and delivered on a first-come, first-served basis. Your patience is highly appreciated.
We take great care in packing your products for a trouble-free delivery. While we ship hundreds of packages monthly, only a few experience issues.
Rest assured, we guarantee that your products will arrive in perfect condition. If any items are damaged during shipping, please contact our customer support within 14 days with a detailed photo, and we will promptly exchange or refund your order.

To check your package's delivery status, refer to the shipping notification email. If the package hasn't been shipped and you haven't received a notification, please contact Customer Support with your order number and email for the latest information.
If you know your tracking number, you can also track your package through each shipping carrier's website.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival or within 14 days. Please note that regular abrasion from manufacturing or delivery is not covered.
To proceed with an exchange, contact our Customer Support with pictures showing the issue. Once we confirm the condition, we'll arrange either a refund or an exchange. Please be aware that refunds may apply if items are discontinued or pending.
Requests made after 14 days of arrival will be considered invalid as we cannot determine the cause of damage or defect.
