Description

This iron kettle features a dragonfly motif, was designed by 6th generation Oitomi.

Dragonfly have been popular as a lucky charm in Japan, where they have been called "Kachimushi" (victory insect). Since dragonfly cannot fly backward, they were decorated on samurai armor and helmet as brave insect that never retreated.
