Make soups, stews, curry, and simmered dishes lighter and cleaner with these Japanese oil and scum absorbing cooking sheets by Lion.
Simply place one sheet on top of your dish while cooking. It helps absorb excess oil and cooking scum without removing the broth, making your soup or stew clearer and less greasy. The sheet also works like a Japanese-style drop lid, helping ingredients cook evenly while keeping flavor in.
Great for hot pot, curry, simmered dishes, soups, and pressure cooker recipes.
